1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or would subject us to any registration requirement. Users who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA. If your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos.

Your use of our Services

By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services ("Submissions"), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we may use and disseminate the Submission for any lawful purpose without acknowledgement or compensation to you.

You are responsible for what you send to us and warrant that your Submissions are lawful, original to you or properly licensed, and do not constitute confidential information.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and UPI. All payments shall be in INR.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You agree to promptly update account and payment information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Sales tax will be added to purchases as required. We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed through the Services, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the Services.
• Use information from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, spam, or other harmful material.
• Use scripts, robots, scrapers, data mining, or similar extraction tools.
• Delete copyright or proprietary rights notices from any Content.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services.
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents.
• Bypass measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
• Copy, adapt, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services except as permitted by law.
• Use the Services as part of an effort to compete with us.
• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without authorisation.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

7. User Generated Contributions

The Services do not offer users a public area to submit or post content. If we provide an opportunity to submit, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content or materials to us or on the Services, such materials are "Contributions" and may be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you make any Contributions available, you represent and warrant that:

• Your Contributions do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
• You have the necessary rights, licences, consents, releases, and permissions.
• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, misleading, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful.
• Your Contributions do not violate privacy, publicity, child protection, or other applicable laws.
• Your Contributions do not otherwise violate these Legal Terms.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

8. Contribution Licence

You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide according to the Privacy Policy and your choices.

By submitting suggestions or feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not assert ownership over your Contributions. You retain ownership of your Contributions and related intellectual property rights, and you are solely responsible for your Contributions.

9. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action, restrict or disable access to Contributions, remove burdensome files or content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property and facilitate proper functioning.

The Services are hosted in India. If you access the Services from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in India.

If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

13. Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Roll Craft and you irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising in connection with these Legal Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to these Legal Terms or the legal relationship established by these Legal Terms to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Roll Craft also maintains the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside or, if applicable, the state of your principal place of business.

15. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

16. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or the content of any websites or applications linked to the Services.

17. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our liability to you for any cause will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by you to us or INR 1000.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, breach of your representations and warranties, violation of third party rights, or harmful act toward another user.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

19. User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you undertake using the Services.

20. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, records, and electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions.

21. California Users and Residents

22. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not operate as a waiver. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.

If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us.
